  1. Thanks Kmanstudios!! Do you mean if the pieces we were printing were loose? The pieces were attached nicely to the glass, only that it was some melting marks on one of the pieces. I am not sure about were is the big blob you mention. On which picture do you see it?
  2. Hi, I am writing concerning a big problem we had today with our Ultimaker 3. We sent to print pieces during the weekend and when we arrived Monday morning it was a complete disaster, attached pictures. For some reason the plastic had overflowed both print cores so much that the plastic clog opened the print head and went through the fan. At the same time it was so much plastic underneath the plate that was blocking the movement, actually on the screen was “The x or Y axis is stuck or the limit switch is broken”. It was so stocked that the metal axes jumped out of the black support pieces. The half printed pieces were nicely stock to the glass. We are sure we will need to change print core B , but we are still hopeful that we can clean the print head. Anyway before ordering anything we would like to know what happened. We are not sure what was the chain of events to arrived to such messy outcome. We are wondering If anybody have seen something similar or may guess what has happen. The printer was working nicely the days before, it was clean and running. So we would like to know if it was only a mechanical problem that can be solved with a new print head or an internal one that will happen again. Thanks in advance Lola
