Yes I find the screw need to be tightened i upgraded to cura 3.5 and now have another issue the print head always z axis higher then print bed about 10 mm and it print on the air.... please help

I print the 3D model but coming out like this (the z axis not go straight up) anyone know now where can I fix this issue? Thanks
