I am hoping someone has an idea about what has gone wrong with my setup of Ultimaker 5S. I followed the instructions on the setup screen and loaded the material spool on the back then fed it into the feeder until it gripped. I pressed confirm and at this point i believe it was meant to heat up and then extrud out onto the glass plate, however nothing happened. The machine made some noises but nothing flowed up the bowden tubes.
I don't know where i have gone wrong and would appreciate any advice.
