  1. Updated firmware manually, as the link above. Same. Updated Cura, same. Printed with our settings, printed with Cura predefined settings, same. Ultimaker PLA, and Ultimaker ABS, brand new spools, 3x PLA, 3x ABS, on the others printers, everything is ok, only on this one. Another PLA print, same results
  2. We know the difference from PLA and ABS, we use them for 2 years now. We event print PP Nylon CPE+ and soon with Metal. The problem is on the newer printer, witch is a new model series. Setting are the same, the printer is now without the Air Station. Same problems. Change the settings on the newr model, what Cura recomands, same problem For us it's seems like is a belt problems, but before opening the printer we wanted to see if there are other opinions.
  3. ABS and PLA, same results, 2 different spools. Sensos on the print head works normally, we tried different print corest. Vents works perfectly. We try now with Air stationd dissabled.
  4. Settings are the same on all s5's, only this one is printing like this. Fan's are cleand and working perfectly.
  5. Fans are workingcorectly, also we have an air manager
  6. Hello everyone, We have 4 Ultimaker s5, we have a job print to do. 1 of them ( which is a newer one) have some print quality problems. We used the same file, on all 4, only this one came with this problem. We used the same filament, cleaned the nozzel, switched the print core from one that is printing ok, tighten the bolts all the bolts, re sliced the file. Same and same results. Any tips?any ideas what can cause this? I will attach also a benchy test. Thank you in advance!
  7. I will use your advice and keep you updated. Thank you!
  8. Thanks for replay, we ordered yesterday Magigoo PA for Nylon use. Tommorow should arrive. We will try to print with magigoo and witout brim, hope it will work. The model is very simple, flat , dreptangular, small piece (5cm x 5 cm). If this work, it will gain us a lot of time, taking all the brim down it take a long long time.
  9. Hello everyone, We have 3 ultimaker s5. In the first prints we did with them, we did not use brim setting, and every print was succesfull. In time, we start using brim, the most reason is for the corners of the print to not go up. Now, we have some pieces to print ( over 1 000 pieces) and it's taking a long time to remove the brim for every print. We tried every cura setting, we tried to change, nothing works witout brim. To mention it, we tried with Ultimaker PLA, ABS and Nylon (and hair spryer, works with everything we use on printing) Curently we need the right settings to use for Ultimkaer Nylon to print without brim. Any suggestions are apprecieted. Thank you!!

  12. Hi sander, we( Craft3D) have 3 Ultimaker s5 (and 3 more printers), and we offerd our services for free of charge to our local hospitals(Timisoara, Romania) and anyone who try to combat covid-19. I think it will help for us to reach everyone in need of our services if we as a hub will be in the map. Thank you.

  14. Hello community, I have a request from a client, who wishes to create molds that will be used to make chocolate in different shapes and sizes. My question is, if I use Ultimaker's PC filament, and then pour the chocolate directly in the mold, will the filament in any way interfere with the chocolate? Is there a chance that the high temperature of the molten chocolate will slightly melt the mold, and make pieces of filament remain attached to the chocolate? Even if that doesn't happen, and the PC will not deteriorate in any way, is this whole process food safe? meaning that is there a risk of contamination of any kind? From what I've searched online, the average melting point of chocolate is 30-35 degrees Celsius. Also, if you would, can you recommend the best filament to use in this case? The safest. most food friendly that comes to mind? Thank you in advance!
