I have been using Cura and Pronterface for several years with good results up until now. I switched fron a Tronxy to a Flsun CC printer about 4 months ago and until about 3 weeks ago everything was fine. I moved the Flsun from my shop where I assembled and used it up till then into my house. Where the problem started. I was having gaps between the lines and increasing the extrusion to 250% seemed the only cure ( it isn’t the build plat being to far from the nozzle as this happens in all the layers, not just the first). After researching on the internet, I saw that this could be caused by the filament size being set in Cura to 3mm instead of 1.75mm, which turned out to be the case. (I had copied the printer settings from Cura in my shop but never though to look at the extruder settings. At this point I thought my problems would be cured. No! I still have to run with the extrusion set in Pronterface at 250%. The gaps in the lines continues through all layers unless the extrusion is set up to 200-250%
