I noticed that models sliced on 3.6 heats the bed first, then only the extruder. On 3.5.1 it heats both at the same time, was this a conscious change? To add, my 3.5.1 version is on the Mac, 3.6 on Windows. I have upgraded the Mac to 3.6, will test to see if it also behaves like the Windows 3.6
