Thank you for your response. I checked the settings, but "pause at height" is not activated. Do you have any other ideas?

Good afternoon, we are having the following problem with our Ultimaker 3: Every time we print parts in a specific area of the build plate, the print head always stops at the same position (in the front, on the right-hand side) after having printed a few layers (approx. 10 layers).Our Ultimaker 3 will only print the parts, if they are placed on the build plate in a certain way, so that the position in which the print head would stop is avoided. What's responsible for this error and how can we fix it? Thank you in advance!
