  1. I did - I searched all text files in the cura installation directory for the expression "G92 E0", but all I found was lines like these (in *.json files): "default_value": "G21 ;metric values\nG90 ;absolute positioning\nM82 ;set extruder to absolute mode\nM107 ;start with the fan off\nG28 X0 Y0 ;move X/Y to min endstops\nG28 Z0 ;move Z to min endstops\nG1 Z15.0 F9000 ;move the platform down 15mm\nG92 E0 ;zero the extruded length\nG1 F200 E3 ;extrude 3mm of feed stock\nG92 E0 ;zero the extruded length again\nG1 F9000\n;Put printing message on LCD screen\nM117 Printing..." I don't think I am getting my G92 line from one of those, because I don't see in my gcode any other accompanying commands (like G1 F200 E3). I also checked the */AppData/Roaming/cura/ directory (I am under Windows), nothing there.
  2. I want to have this command right before the printing starts in my gcode: G92 E-11 That forces the printer to advance the filament rapidly right at the moment when printing starts, so it starts extruding from the very first point (otherwise I get no extrusion for the first 10-15 cm, and I want to avoid printing a skirt just because of this). Unfortunately I cannot do this automatically (only by manually editing the gcode file), because Cura inserts a line "G92 E0" at the beginning, right after the end of my custom startup machine code. So placing "G92 E-11" at the end of my startup code will not achieve anything, as the next line will always be "G92 E0". Where is this "G92 E0" command is generated by Cura? Can I customize it? Thanks!
