Hi yes, i am using the USB that came with the printer. It read the firmware update from it no problem Load the print file, the printer goes through the bed leveling process and then the head just sits in the corner and says Ready to Print but does nothing. Looking like it cannot load the full print file. I have tried different files etc still and still does not print Good use of $8,000!
