Just wanted to update and close the thread. One of our printers had to be unclogged, that was one thing. The other thing is that before we print anything (if we haven't just recently) we move the filament to make sure some of it comes out of the printer head first, then we print. In addition, we disabled the "automatic levelling" feature to never. We will manually do it once or twice a week, this held us up all the time and really the items come out pretty well without this double checking feature.

I definitely made sure that I selected the correct materials for Core 1 and Core 2. I'll try again and reselect the materials to see if it repeats.

Both printer cores print out like this. Printcore 1: PLA AA Printcore 2: PVA BB The cura projects are added, both printed out similar with just the lines as previously posted. Hi, When I try to print I can see lines on the glass bed (really thin clear lines), almost no material at all comes out and the bed doesn't slowly move down as it continues. What could be the problem?
