I am having an issues where when I try to print from Ultimaker Cura (3.6.0) the build plate does not raise at all, it just starts printing immediately. Also the extruder and build plate are not pre-heating, it again just starts printing immediately when I click "Print via USB". If I save the file to an SD card from within Cura and then insert and print from the card, it prints perfectly fine. Can anyone help with this? I have tried looking around and have found no solutions. Thanks!
