I've tried out Cura 4.0 after using Cura 3.6, the UI is fantastic and much smoother; However, It seems like the "Machine Settings" section for Extruder 1, Extruder 2... no longer exists, specifically the section with the Extruder Start G-code / Extruder End G-code.
This is important in my case as when using a dual extruder setup, the extruder will heat up the standby nozzle over top the print (or stop and wait for heating, and melt the print below it), Right now Issue a G1 X0,Y0 to move to a safe heating spot...
Is there a plan to put in per-extruder g-code stuff again, or at least the ability to set a 'heatup position' in Cura 4?
