  1. Ripped easily, print finished as normal. 180-190 is the recommended temperature by the manufacturer.
  2. Alright, I’ll try a lower temperature. The brand of the filament is Hatchbox, which I’ve had good results from in the past.
  3. Ok then, I’ll do that. Wierd though, it worked with these settings before, this problem kind of came out of nowhere.
  4. Bibo 2, not a major brand. PLA extruder temp- 190 resolution is .01mm 50% infill, triangle pattern Wall and top thickness are 1mm with 3 layers each retraction enabled 60mm/s print speed
  5. I have no idea what’s going on with this. It’s not the filament or the nozzle because I tried replacing them both. Any thoughts? 0.1 resolution PLA
  6. Tried a cold pull and a hot pull, didn’t work. The Coupler is ok, I’ll take off the nozzle and try to clean it, thanks for the reply.
  7. I’m printing with Hatchbox PLA, but that’s not the problem because this roll was woriking fine before. When I try to test extrude the filament it doesn’t extrude our as much as it should, it is slower than it should be, and it curls up to the nozzle. Added onto that, when it extrudes, half the time it makes a grinding noise and the extruded filament has inconsistent width. The extruded filament- looks really low res here for some reason, but you get the idea. The filament I unloaded after- Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is or how to fix it?
