I am running two S5's independently and have tried wired and wireless with no real difference.

Thanks for the suggestion, but nothing changed when adjusting these settings.

The machine settings are identical between both versions of Cura.

It is a dual extrusion with a prime tower but it worked perfect in Cura 3.6 so they changed the build size somehow and caused the problem.

I laid these parts out in Cura 3.6 about a year ago. Printing on S5 every week and worked great. I then upgrade the S5 with the Air Manager and need to reslice with Cura 4.4.1 to add build volume temp settings. Now it thinks the parts won't fit. I really need to over ride this or get it fixed!! I've had two S5 for a year now and there's never been a firmware where the camera has worked consistently good. Rarely works for more than a few hours after a reboot or a reset. It is really annoying as most of my prints are really long and it's nice to be able to check in on them. Just searching again to see if anyone had a solution and decided I would finally add my complaint! Come on Ultimaker, get it fixed! Webcam is not a new tech!
