I'm not sure if this is a bug or me not using the correct setting here, but i've been directed here from the 3d printing discord since we cant find an answer.
Essentially, any 1.2mm wall in my model gets sliced as 2 outer walls + one of the following:
- If "fill gaps between walls" is on, then i get the 1st picture where it I get a solid fill but made up of a load of diagonal lines Pic 1
- if "fill gaps between walls" if off, then i just get a gap the whole way up. Even the top layer. no top layer gets printed. Pic 2
It should just slice as 3 straight lines like the slic3r screenshot I've included. pic 3
One thing to note, is if i change the top layer pattern to concentric, it works as expected.
I have a feeling it's treating EVERY layer as the top layer in that gap.
I've also included the model if anyone could slide it and take a look if possible
Strange slicing issue. 1.2mm rectangle not slicing to 3 lines correctly.
