I have an issue with my Ultimaker 3 extended: my PLA filament keeps getting stuck between the Bowden tube and printcore. I have cleaned the nozzle with the hot and cold pull technique with no results. Any leads on the issue and way to fix it? Picture of the issue Thank you!
