The Ultimaker 2+ has not been used for quite sometime so before using it I tried to do a factory reset but as I follow through the reset I noticed that the filament is not extruding. I also tried moving the material on the maintenance advance option but still was not able to extrude the PLA to the nozzle. The Nozzle is heating up but I don't know why its not extruding. I also tried printing a part but no PLA was extruded as it prints. I kinda need some help if anyone out there can help me address this issue. Thank you.
