  1. I mailed them through their contact form. Haven't heard back from them, though.
  2. I was stupid enough to order a couple of cans at https://3dlac.nl. The site turns out to be fake. No products were delvired. No reply to email. There's no phone number to call. The address doesn't exist. 💩😫

  4. Trial and error indeed. For instance, after some trials with PLA and my usual settings I came up with 0.1mm. Worked great with whatever I printed but trying to print the same things with ABS messed up the fitment.
  5. Thanks for your answers, folks. I'll take a look at 3DLac. 👍
  6. I've started trying to print with ABS, and it deffinetly needs adhesive. So I tried glue (Pritt Original) but prints are still coming off. Is there a specific way to apply the glue? (I've just smeared it on 😄 ) Or is Pritt just not strong enough? In other words: How do you apply your favorite glue? Grtz., Alex.
  7. Yes, I suppose that is kinda funny 😛 The stuff works like a charm but I guess it's just a little too aggresive for us overprotected europeans. I also cleaned up my core with a heat gun first but couldn't get rid of the burnt bits. This stuff did. 😛
  8. I've used Euro-Claddings Quick Paint Remover to soften up PLA (as a last resort). I believe it's banned in the EU. You might try something similar like Bardahl Gasget and Paint Stripper.
  9. Another tip when your ABS print still starts wobbling and being dragged arround by the printhead: Print a brim arround it and once the printer has printed that, tape it to the bed (pause printing if necessary).
  10. I've recreated the problem in an example, in case anyone is interested. FusionFilletProblem.zip
  11. Correct. That print failed. I changed support to everywhere and it printed ok. 💩😃
  12. Couldn't get the fillet working in FreeCAD itself.
  13. Yay, that works, thanks! For some reason the fillet on the base I created in the Part Design workbench got lost, though. Recreating it in the Part workbench fixed it.
  14. OK, I'll try that. Thanks for the link! 👍
  15. Thanks for your explanation. I'm using FreeCAD for moddeling. I guess I'll have to somehow clip the cylinders with the torus...But that's beyond the scope of this forum.
