  1. Let's close this topic. I changed the firmware and Cura version while error 999 was persistent. The local reseller spent several hours and did not find the cause. After that, I removed all Cura versions and stored profiles. After new Cura installation, there was a warning about corrupt profiles. ER999 disappeared.
  2. Update. Error ER999 occurs at every new layer. After finished layer head travels to starting position and from there back and begins printing new layer. At this time ER999 occurs.
  3. I'd really like to get some response from Ultimaker. Please.
  4. I'm getting ER999 all the time. Started suddenly. Tried tips from https://ultimaker.com/en/resources/52985-an-unspecified-error-has-occurred-er999 with no effect. Also noticed filament extraction during non printing movement. Can I define what is causing error?

Please be responsible. (Cmd) I'd like to repeat above procedure, but I get different prompt and commands are not working. I use username and password "ultimaker". Printer is S5. Where is a mistake?
  7. I've lost two days cleaning, calibrating and printing with different setups. After downgrading to 4.1 works as it should.
  8. Similar problem. Extruder starts printing after 10th layer.
  9. Axes are not perpendicular. Y axe has about 6 mm or about 3 tooth difference relative to the left or right side. This error was delivered to us. What mechanical accuracy Ultimaker guarantee?
  10. Thank you for now. All suggestions I'll check on by one on Monday in the office. I will report the findings.
  11. Hi! I have new Ultimaker S5. I've double checked all setups, but can't find error. Diagonal difference is about 2%. What could be the cause?
