Thank you gr5. This is indeed a 2+ model, the nozzle has been changed before, and I tried removing it while heating. I initially used the wrench provided with the nozzle set, which ended gripping the nozzle as it wouldn't move. I ended up trying a socket wrench but the nozzle broke with the thread portion remaining in the printer. Would you have suggestions on how to extract the broken nozzle or replace the part?
