Our UM2+ has been a work horse and has given us many hours of service without any problems. A week ago we noticed the filament was feeding in reverse as it was printing. When we tried to change the material reversing the material fed the filament forward and not in reverse. Sending a command to feed the material forward sends the material into reverse. We tried what the forums suggested and loaded an UM2 + EXTENDED configuration. This still didn't fix the problem. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
