Unfortunately, Updated Windows 7 Intel Driver did not fix it for me.

I'd like to see prefixes set by Printer and Material. Setting the prefix for the printer under machine settings, and Material under each material type, with overrides in the individual material's settings.

Can confirm this is an issue with intel integrated graphics 4000. I have 3 monitors, 1 & 2 run off radeon card. Monitor #3 is run by intel graphics 4000. When cura tries to open to monitor 1 or 2, it's no problem. But if it tries to open to monitor 3 it crashes. Every time. But if I unplug monitor 3 and launch again to monitor 1 or 2, it goes back to working.
