  1. Mine is hollow, so could be a setting in Cura that is wrong! First I thought "Support Placement", but is doesn't matter if it is set to "touching buildplate" or "everywhere".
  2. ... I can see skin also... printing ABS is more difficult than printing PLA. You are trying to print serveral parts at the same time, even with PLA that can give problems... Try one part at a time to see how that goes and make sure you have the right setting for ABS!
  3. Probably no need for repair kit, he needs to check the connectors on the controllerboard and stepper-motor! Needs to be more careful when installing BL-Touch... 😉
  4. ... maybe he has to buy Ultimaker now, because he broke his Ender 3 Pro 😇
  5. Why should he buy an Ultimaker? I thought Germans don't make jokes 😉 (this is a Dutch joke!) You can easily level the bed manually so you don't really need BL-Touch! How often do I have to level the bed of my Ender 3 Pro? 2 times in about 1 year of printing...
  6. ... you have to change nothing in Cura... The only difference in Cura by changing from Ender 3 to Ender 3 Pro is the change in restricted area of the print area... Ender 3 needs clips to hold the glass bed, therefore the restricted area is a little bigger (you can't print there!). Calibrate X,Y,Z and extruder E-steps. They are on defaults values and need to be adjusted to get better print results.
  7. ... also Chinese can make mistakes 😉 You now got a Ender 3 Pro for the price of a Ender 3... 😁 If the BL-Touch works, who cares... you can always complain about it at Creality. There is not that much difference between the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro... same controllerboard, hotend, heated bed... glass bed/magnetic flex bed... extrusion profile heated bed carriage is 40x40 instead of 20x20(40)...
  8. The same way you unpack .ZIP-files! If you can't unpack .RAR, install 7Zip (free)... I attached the .RAR as .ZIP 😉 Ender-3Marlin1.1.6BLTouch.zip
  9. I have just downloaded the file form the website... When you unpack the .ZIP file, you will find a .RAR-file... Unpack this file and you will find a file "Ender-3Marlin1.1.6BLTouch.hex". You probably need this file to flash your printer.
  10. Seems to be the correct file... after flashing, you have the menu-options like in the video?
  11. If the file has the extension .RAR you probably need to unpack this file (like you do with .ZIP).
  12. ... needs a bit of sanding to smooth down the left over pieces of support...
  13. Do you have a photo of what was actually printed? STL-file is ok, no problems with slicing in Cura. Will give it a go on my Ender 3 Pro, there are many settings you are printing with that are unknown to us... Wall Thickness, Bottom/Top Thickness etc. Printer is running now with 0.28 layer height, 30mm/sec. 0% infill... I would suggest to print smaller layer height to get better result (takes a little more time to print)... But you definitely need support to print it in this orientation.
  14. On the website there are different files you can download, which of them did you download? https://www.creality.com/download/32 On YouTube you can find many Videos about installing BL-Touch, Flashing firmware etc. There is a newer version of firmware on Website than in the YouTube movie!
  15. ... are you sure? Cura is for slicing (converting obj/stl-files to Gcode)...
  16. The Ender 3 Pro is running Marlin, you need to install Ultimaker Cura software to convert STL into GCODE! Check this video on Youtube, it explains how to set-up Cura for Ender 3 Pro:
  17. Read STL - NO! You need to create gcode! Micro-SD-Card is OK...
  18. I have used SDHC card, no problem with Ender 3 (Pro)... He is probably using the SD-card he got with the printer! Creality uses MARLIN!
  19. You probably downloaded a STL-file... you need to create Gcode... (with cura)...
  20. Geef dan het goede voorbeeld 😉 Je kan dit soort berichten altijd nog negeren... Then set a good example 😉 You can always ignore these kinds of messages...
  21. Si espera ayuda en este foro, publique en inglés
  22. You could try changing the top/bottom pattern... line/concentric/zigzag... Maybe you have to raise the flowrate for the first layer, to put a little more material on the buildplate! How smooth/nice the bottom looks depends on the type of buildplate you use!
  23. Don't know about Prusa Mk3s, I can only tell you it works on a Creality Ender 3 Pro... can you post photo of what you see on the display of your printer? Check the Gcode if there is a command to show remaining time on display If there is no command like this in the Gcode, you probably didn't activate the option correctly. If the command is there, you have to find out why it is not visible on the display (sometimes other information is put in the same position of the display so you have to look fast to see! Message will be on the display for a very very very short time))
