hello i am a student in charge of our schools ultimaker3s we have a bunch. and im trying to calibrate it and the y axis isnt printing right. you can see the x axis fills the whole square but the y axis is short. i checked all pulleys and belts. nothing is slipping. there is no resistance in movement when i try to push the head. please help .
