I think i solved the problem, I designed a new PTFE coupler plate with a smaller hole so that there is more presure on coupler so the ptfe is tighter. did a testprint with PLA on 200 degrees with succes

I have restorated a Ultimaker original + succesfull and it is printing like a charm I only have one small problem when i print PLA on 200 degrees it is slowly pushing the PTFE tube out of the printhead. this happens faster with the rapid movement of infill. i tried to print with more heat and this slows down the problem but still i cannot leave the printer with a print of a couple of hours 😞 . i think it has something to do with the ptfe coupler plate, i think the hole in this is to large because it is not original (original UMO parts are hard to find). can somebody measure the hole where the coupler is plugged into, mine is bit loose.
