  1. Tonight I made the same size piece in Tinkercad that I did in Fusion 360, it does the same thing, it does not centre even when the box is ticked in the machine settingsin Cura and is shown as central when displayed in Cura. I have made another piece that I created in Fusion 360 / Cura about 4 months ago and it prints perfectly, I am pretty sure is not F360, I have tried 3 different versions of Cura and they are all the same, it starts in the nearside left hand corner and starts to make it at about 50% of the size, the filament is not sticking very well to the bed either(no problem on previously items that I made in g code) and the printer starts jittering now and then, I think its a gcode problem but unable to get to the bottom of it, may try another another gcode creation software, any one know which is an alternative to Cura just to compare?
  2. Hi Nick, thanks for the response, I have tried an old file which was something I made a while ago and the printer starts it OK so I guess the printer is alright. I have enclosed the settings, the file was created in mm in Auto Fusion 360, I used Cura v4.0 but upgared to 4.3 after the problems occured but its still the same.
  3. Hi, I have created a Soft Vice Jaw for my workshop in Auto Fusion 360, I saved as an STL then converted to gcode via Cura 4.3, when it goes to print the extruder starts at the edge of the bed and the print starts but the size is about 50% of the size I need, the Cura software states the dimensions are as created in Auto Fusion 360 but just wont print in the centre of the bed as shown on the Cura, and the size is wrong, the printer is a Balco 3d HE 180021, can anyone help?
