Mindless

Hello guys, I got problem with cura tonight. Printed dog bowl cover from PET-G and noticed weird thing during print. After switching layers, it printed inner middle wall and then nozzle "travelled or printed" over same layer without extruding anything. I have combing mode off and ironing off. Tried changing some thing but nothing helped. Even in cura previw it does the same thing. Need help to understand what's happening. Here is also vid of what it does:
