Got it fixed...had to thicken the wings a little; apparently the mesh going out to the wingtip was too thin (tapered), thickened a little and it worked.

Here's an interesting problem...I slice the T38 Tallon, the wings are not supported and they will not print; any ideas? Thanks in advance.
