Hi, I priming sequence is a lttle bit better. But if you have to cancle the print and wait for it it is still very long. yes cant complete the auto leveling I fixed this by soldering the cables at the capazitive board and replaced the crimp conctacts at the cables. Till now it is working.....I hope for a long time. I think the leveling is too susceptible

So sehe ich das tatsächlich auch. Als würde man sich ein Auto für 100k kaufen und sagen: "Die hälfte funktoniert nicht aber gegen ein Auto für 5k ists immer noch gut" -> Ziel verfehlt würde ich sagen.

😅Ja gut aber wenn ich mehrere Versuceh brache bis es staret kann ich ja nicht jedes mal 30 min warten...da wirst ja wahnsinnig.

Ja unterm Strich passts. Nur Tage wie heute wo man einen halben Tag braucht um ein Teil zu drucken das schon mehrmals gedruckt wurde und einfach laufen muss sind echt blöd... Da wünscht man sich einfach den "alle nice to have Funktionen deaktivieren" Button... 😂 Und einfach los drucken.

habe jetzt mal den ganzen Kopf zerlegt und gereinigt. Die Kabel auf der Platine des Sensors habe ich angelötet und die neue Crimpkontakte in das Stecker Gehäuse bzw an das Kabel gemacht. Erster Druck erfolgreich gestartet 🙂 Mal hoffen es lag an den Kontakten und läuft jetzt zuverlässig. PS: Das heißt für mich aber auch wieder dass das System zu anfällig ist für eine Industrie Lösung. Wir reden hier nach wie vor von einem 10k€ System und keinem Geeetech etc. für 150€. Der wohlgemkerkt nach wie vor einfach druckt und druckt da er eben diese Features (odern eben auch Bugs 😄 ) nicht hat. Es ist halt schade... ich bin mit den Druckergebnissen echt zufrieden..Aber sowas wie heute raubt einem den halben Tag (allein schon wegen dem ewigen start/end Prozedere ) Das sollte man mal beheben. Kann man Software mäsig bestimmt noch etwas dran drehen. Zudem das ewig lange Abbrechprozedere nach so einem Fehler... Um "kurz" zu schauen obs denn jetzt funktioniert stehst 10 min vorne dran...🤣

Hast du wirklich nur den Sensor oder auch die Kopf Platine getauscht?

Ist ja prinzipell auch Okay, aber es muss halt auch zuverlässig funktionieren.....

My personal day ruiner... 10 trys, no start. 3 Months everthying was great. Now again that ..... How can Ultimker think its an good idea to put an that susceptile sensor into an "industrial" machine The "test" says Sensor is good.... I have to print something and cant use the printer.....Thats extremly annoying In the "best" case just a dirty printer, in the worst case an blocking Z axis. Please fix this.... An reliable printing would be much more usefull than any cloud funktionality

Jetzt war alles mehrere Monate gut.... Jetzt wieder der selbe scheixx..... Weiß nicht mehr so richtig weiter. Wie kann man bei einem "Industrie" Gerät so einen empfindlichen /anfälligen Sensor verbauen?!

Also mittlerweile habe ich bei Extruder 2 einen PTFE Schlauch verbaut. Der erste PVA Druck damit verlief einwandfrei. Ich hoffe mal das war kein Zufall sondern bleibt auch so :D

I cant use the printer via DigitalFactory

-Home Network -Printer connected via Lan Cable -S5 pro bundle -> The only printer from Ultimaker -The Connection itself is Ok but as the cura connect is not working reliable. One time OK, next Time not working. (often using the app to watch how far the print is) There is just an white screen in the app-> nothing else, also not error message or something Sometimes this happen for about 30sek/1minute But after that time the stream is working again. so ist not a realy big deal.

Same here. Printer connected via LAN. Someimes the "/print_jobs" is not available. -> empty Page The "/default.html" is available The temperature Grap etc is also available The App is also displaying nothing

Had the same Problem few weeks ago. Power fail while printung (my false), restart the printer. Cura connect say that "printer status unkown" or soemthing like this. Cant start a new print. In the end i had to reset Cura connect.....:/ by the way.. The Cura Conncet Analyse is also not working. After the reset in printed about 1 spool. The metarial use is still 20g.....

Nichts für ungut ... 😄 Aber auch Ultimaker kocht nur mit Wasser. Die Elektronik des Druckers ist jetzt nichts total undurchschaubares. Endlich mal jemand der auch auf die "Quick and Dirty" lösungen steht wenn schon seitens Ultimaker keine Möglichkeit vorhanden ist so etwas abzuschalten)

The interesting thing is that the behaviour of the print not happen again .. 😄 The next two prints succeeded 👍 And I would say the priming time is a little bit less than before. But I have to say the last prints were printed with one Material and one Nozzle.

The material ist "crashing" into the core with the speed when the material is loading. I trie to to an video next time. yes there was a blockage. But as i have said i think the blockade was because of the "crash" because the gear slips in this moment. Okey. Because PVA was one of the main reasons to buy the S5 bundle. An yes.... Enought of that. If the problem is taken serious and the solution is in progress everthing is good :D

I printed one job without any Problems.. 🙂 (Now also with the correct time at the display while printing :D) Some things i dont understand:.... The socond print job failed: First the material "crashed" into the print core and leave an big filament "sausage" at the place the print core is parking while waiting. The extruder first extrudet the material ant after few centimeters the extrusion was less end less.. then the print failed with er65. After i pulled out th filametn i saw the filament was rubbed off in the extruder. I think this happend because of the crash bevore. The behaviour when you print an other print with the same print core is strange and (i think) not working great. (I used aa0,8) And why are you cooling down the print core while probing the bed?! Heating up, cooling down, heating up...... why not just keep the temperature these 30 second?! Is there any update relating to the PVA unkompability? The s5 pro bundle is not able to use PVA with the old firmware. There are etrusion problems after a while every print i tried. By the way I use roriginal ultimaker materials. Something changed at this? Jonas
