I had this same issue and i got it resolved. I went into my computer>user>(whatever your user name is)>appdata (if you dont see appdata you need to show hidden files in that folder.) now go into local and delete cura folder then go into roaming and delete cura folder. relaunch your program and it should work. Hope this helps.
