  1. Hi, Looking for some help with a draft shield. Printer is an Ultimaker S5. Cura is using my support material (on extruder 2) for the shield whenever is is present in that slice. I'd like to use the Extruder 1 material for the whole shield. I can affect this by changing the support extruder choices to extruder 1 (for example, if I change "support infill extruder", the draft shield prints with extruder 1 on the layers where there is support infill.) I don't remember it behaving this way last time I used a draft shield ~2 years ago. Maybe it is a setting I can't find? Appreciate any advice. Thanks!
  2. Hi, Actually, the issue isn't just on digital factory. It also happened on a new job from cura upon "print to cloud". In this case, the printer is printing the job, it says the job was finished already (in both the printer's web page and digital factory), and the printer shows as available (even though it is printing). I've tried power cycling and am running current firmware. We don't have this issue on the S5 sitting next to this one. Weird. Sending log files via PM. Thanks.
  3. Hi Chris, I'll send them tomorrow when I'm local. I did power cycle. Also running in dev mode, fwiw. Thanks
  4. Hi, I've tried printing from the library to my S5 a couple times the past few days. Its strange, the printer prints the part fine but it doesn't show status as "printing" but is still "available". This is both on the cloud page and when accessing via the LAN directly. Also, it is printing with the lights off (they are normally on when submitting a print job any other way). Any ideas? I'm on firmware 6.5.1.0 . Thanks!
