    Nothing was connected to the NFC Connector.

    Hi Dim3nsioneer, Yes, we used the Out on the Printer and In on the material station, and then used the UMB out on the material station up to the air handler.

    Hello, We have just unboxed our S5 and installed the air handler and material station, neither of which is recognized by the device when fully assembled. The air handler is not recognized even when it is plugged directly into the printer. The printer came with firmware 5.4.6, and we installed the latest version, 5.4.27. We have factory reset the machine several times and have plugged / unplugged everything and checked the cables, everything looks good from a physical connectivity standpoint. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this peripheral challenge? Thank you, Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station IT Department
