During startup of the UM S5 the following message appears: Communication error with printer head fault code ER34. Ultimaker site for fault code ER34: When this error appears it means that the print head and electronics cannot communicate properly with each other. This is most likely due to a faulty connection between the print head and electronics. If a USB stick was inserted into the Ultimaker S5 when the error appeared, the log files were automatically stored on the USB stick. If there was no USB stick inserted when the error occurred, please insert a USB stick, and navigate to Preferences > Maintenance > Save log files to USB. i am unable to to navigate via the touch screen even after a restart. What is the solution to this issue of being unable to navigate via the touch screen. best regards jacob

Help, na firmware update (5.5.12) op de 5S wordt de print tijd niet correct aangegeven. 16m 48m Dit zou moeten zijn 16hr 48m Firmware al opnieuw geinstalleerd zonder resultaat. Wie weet hier een oplossing voor. Jacob
