This is also 4.6.1 from today and nothing I do remove this seam. It is spiraling up, but it still makes a seam without any reason.

No, there should be no z-seam in spiral mode. This is clearly a bug that still haven't been fixed.

Is there a way to stop the initial line of first layer from changing direction immediately after travel or before, let's say, 5 mm. So the PETG on a bowden extruder can have a chance to stick to the build plate before ripping it of?

Is there an option for alternating line width? Like a combination of the option of alternating extra wall line and First layer line width. This would build up like bricks in a house and make it stronger. And it could also eliminate the problem of wall separation.
