Hi,
I'm trying to print Polyethylene with added nanoparticles in it and was wondering if anyone has tried this before?
I have already tried printing it but it doesn't seem to be viscous enough as it requires a higher melting temperature over 260°C, which is the limit of the printer. Not being able to go above this temperature means it cannot stick well to the bed of the printer. In other words it just doesn't really want to print well at all.
Can anyone provide some ideas on how I can alter the printer slightly in order to get it to stick better and maybe even get a higher temperature going?
Thanks
Russo
