Also, does it matter if I use the USB vs. the SD drive?

Hi - I'm using a Sidewinder X1 & CURA 4.5. I am still learning everything about CURA & Printing. This is my 1st post, but I have been reading posts here for a bit. I know my bed has a slight warp, so I installed Mat's EZY3D LAB1 MBL upgrade. The install all looks good, but the printer still makes hay. I noticed CURA 4.5 has printer & extruder Start & End GCODE. Should the start GCODE be the same for the printer & the extruder? This is the GCode that Mat sent me, I have the same script in the printer & extruder start gcode.
