Hey so my z axis on my ender 5 plus wont go up to the normal higheth anymore. If I try to print something instead of going to autohome when it heats up the bed just moves down. I have tried unplugging all the cords and plugging them back in and that hasn't done anything. I have tried telling it to go up through settings and it will only go down. It will go up but only to where it was before I moved it down. Here is a video of me trying to get my printer to go back up. It may not look like i'm touching the screen in the video but I am.

I just went and made the file name smaller and it actually popped up this time. So thanks guys for all you help.

So I have this Gcode file that won't read on my Ender 5 plus. I have downloaded it and sliced it but it won't read on my printer. I have tried redoing the whole process but it still wont work. Here's a video of me slicing it and putting it into my printer. But the file doesn't pop up when it's in my printer.

I need some help. I accidentally returned a cable to amazon that I wasn't supposed to. I have an ender 5 plus and I can't seem to find a place where I can buy a new cable for my bltouch. I'm looking for the cable that comes off of the printer and goes to the bltouch not the cable from the bltouch. I've checked the reality website, amazon, eBay, and a lot of other places.
