Printing with Kyma petg C loaded from Market place does not show up in the menu on S5. rebooted machine print will not print because it give error that kyma is not loaded but gives me no option to load it this happens a lot that I am unable to get a material onto the list

has anyone been able to print Ionic hybrid support and Basf PET CF on s5 and material station please confirm I just heard you now don't support Ionic or BASF PET CF15 I have correct rubby red and PVA knozzle 6:50 6:51
