July of 2020. We got an Ultimaker S5 last year and the WiFi connection never worked for longer than a few days. I am with the other people posting in this thread. For a 4.5k price, we could have bought a much better printer that justifies the price.

You didn't get it. I am having the opposite problem.

Hello, We have an Ultimaker S5 printing with ABS. After the print is done, only putting the tray inside the freezer facilitated taking the printed part off the glass tray. Any advice? Thanks, Diego
