Also the "Support Roof" and "Support Floor" was ticked, which would give you something like this.... Support layer (breakaway) before material: Material layer on top of support: Surely this will help.....?

Good efforts STC 👍.....Just wondered what it would look like if it was printed "solid"? (inside out...?) Am keen to see if a near perfect ball is achievable.......

Nozzle dragging on bed once print starts, poor quality issues

What might improve this print is to apply some adhesion to the glass plate. A small amount of glue, hair spray or tape..... -

UMS5 Any advices regarding Filament sold on RSPro for Ultimaker S5 ?
Carbon replied to Dadkitess's topic in UltiMaker 3D printers
We purchase RSPro filaments, mainly for prototyping, but they have proven to be good quality filaments to be fair.... We've printed using the "Copper" and "Bronze" (RSPro Filaments) - for Conductive, and Dissipative property testing. These are PLA based but claim to be 80% copper and bronze content......using CC0.6 and CC0.4 nozzles. We also use Kimya ESD filament which is OK, but a pain to print with. Another supplier we use, who have proven very helpful is 3DGBIRE ( https://3dgbire.com/ ) If you have a specific question, feel free to ask.....👍 -
I think this is referred to "Elephant Foot".....? https://all3dp.com/2/elephant-s-foot-3d-printing-problem-easy-fixes/

If it's any help, we've just taken ours off completely, it's been off for 8 months, will no problems at all. 👍

This may work ok......added "Tree Support" and a "Brim". The support should just "break-away" from the part with no problems.... CE3S1_Pineapple Grenade.3mf

Thanks for the reply. No, this was just an example. When I "hover over" say PETG, nothing happens. Normally another menu? pops up and then you can select various colours, but this isn't happening....so can't select PETG > RED, PETG > GREEN etc...

Hi, Having problems selecting materials in Cura 5.2.2. The screenshot below, shows that I'm trying to select Ultimaker, PETG, Fluorescent Yellow. But won't let me go past PETG (to select colour variant). Is this a CURA issue or plugin? I'll try rolling back CURA.... **Edit Manage to activate materials from here:

Is there any restrictions if you feed the TPU through extruder 2 bowden tube manually ? Are there any "kinks" in the tube? In the past we've had a piece of PVA stuck in the tube, just after the extruder, that no one noticed. Causing the feeder to stop 25 - 30mm before extruder. It looks like there is some form of restriction happening. Have you re-calibrated the decoupler?

Floating layers with Prime tower, how to fix?
Carbon replied to Eggbom8's topic in Improve your 3D prints
Looks like you have ALL colours set "Active", the prime tower contains, Blue, Yellow, White and Red..... "Un-tick" Blue and Yellow..... -
The print would have been "Aborted" the head will go to home position and the glass bed will lower. The printer will now stay in that state until the "Confirm Removal" blue button on the printer screen has been pressed. Wouldn't worry about "head overheating" issue as the heads will not stay heated.
