CE5_3DBenchy.3mf This is a sample 3mf file of just the basic benchy test print

When I run Cura Gcode on my Creality Ender 5 the build plate does not move when the Z-axis value changes. The display on the printer indicates that the Z-value is increasing and when I checked the code there is a command to change the z-axis value at the beginning of each new layer but the actually build plate doesn't move down. This is only a problem with Cura because I run the exact same build use Creality's slicing software the same problem doesn't occur.
