  1. A friend created this object in Blender and as you can see it has a hole in the middle. When I slice it with Cura the object keeps the hole until layer 5 then it's getting filled which is strange. The original got extruded to add those little knobs/noses you can see and exactly at this layer (6) the hole gets filled up. Is there anything I'm missing here or able to fix this?
  2. As quotedd I want to print a hollow objecct (see pictures). I was already able to print that one without support structure but the result wasn't really satisfying at some points, therefore I thought modeling a supportive structure inside the object could help. Unfortunately, when slicing the model the modeled structure is totally gone and I'm asking myself why this is happening. I'm quite new into 3D printing and thankful for any advise. Thanks in advance
