Thank you!! I made the radius 0.1 mm larger and got a smooth infill. I used to bypass slicers and just create gcodes for my projects because they were simple, I figured if I can do it, professionals can do it. Now I know better 🙂

I set up a screw hole with a difference in radius of 2 mm so there would be 5 passes of .4 mm arcs. Cura creates 2 outer and 2 inner walls, and the inside fill wall is just a bunch of short segments. Looking closely at the pattern, the walls are short segments. How can I tell the slicer to generate g2 or g3 gcodes for good arcs? Thanks.
