  1. It was kinda as @mrender said. I had PETG in the 2nd extruder as soon as I disabled the extruder the prints started comming out fine.
  2. I have printed the above piece before with no issues with but now with the same settings & the same filament I'm getting a kinda sag/warpage after some time. Generic PLA on a UMS3 Anyone any idea why it should start doing this?
  3. Cura 4.11, Ultimaker S3, Ulitimaker TPU95 Whenever I use TPU95 I get an extra circle added to the project, Which when printed comes out like so, The TPU ring on the artifact is prinited on top of the PLA disc. Anyone know what's going on here?
  4. I'm using PTEG and its been fine for the last few weeks but today its just been plain akward! The printer kept saying there was no material on spool 1 (there was). Found what I thoght was the issue, the filament got all knarled & chewed up in the feed grip. Removed the offending section, reloaded the spool and nothing. The filament loads up to the core and that's it, the extrusion doesnt happen the printer evetually loses patience & says it finished & puts the print head away. Any clues anyone?
  5. So I sliced my STL in Cura & its telling me that it will take 0 minutes to print! Wall thickness of 0.2mm, is this just too thin? EDIT: Yes my walls were too thin
  6. I have a part I'd like to duplicate & even though there is obvioulsy enough room to fit duplicates, I keep gettng told there isnt, picture below...
  7. Ulimaker S3, Windows 10, x64 So, I upgraded yesterday & now my printer is complaining that that files were created by a version of Cura earlier than 4.4 & I should save them as a 4.4 or higher. I dont see any option in settings or elsewhere to set what version the files are saved as. Anyone else having this issue?
  8. Yes BB04, how do I do hot/cold pulls?
  9. I've followed all those steps a number of times, the problem comes with step 4 when loading the PVA. Only a very, very small amount comes out of the nozzle if any at all, cerainly not a consistent flow. After waiting a while for a consistent flow to appear the confirmation message times out & the printer appears to assume that the material has loaded when in fact it hasn't. This becomes aparent when I try to use the material & nothing gets extruded from its nozzle.
  10. UM 3S I'm trying to load a spool of PVA into extruder 2. I follow all the steps on the screen & the filament rolls up to the print head (BB04) but that's when it goes wrong. Its says to wait for the filament to extrude, it never does. The filament moves slowly at first & then a very small amount extrudes then stops. The confirmation time period times out & the machine appears to think that PVA has loaded (even though I never pressed confirm). When I try to print I get a warning that there is no material loaded in #2 then when I trick it into believing I've changed it nothing comes out of #2 I have loaded & unloaded the PVA I have inspected the print head & made sure its clean than reloaded it. Still nothing! HELP!
  11. I updated to the latests Cura & the firmware from my S3 extended today & now Cura cant see the networked printer. I have been through the netwroking trouble shooting page twice now but no joy. The printer just doesnt show up even when its IP address is put directly into Cura. Any else seeing this problem with the latest updates?
