Hello, I have three brand new ultimaker S5 machines in a STEM lab. I have been able to get 2 of the 3 on our wireless network and also update the firmware on them. I am having a problem with the third 3d printer. I cannot get this machine on our wireless network. I thought updating the firmware on this printer might help but I cannot update the firmware either. The update process keeps failing. The firmware version on the problematic S5 is 5.3.10.20200107. I'm not sure what to do from here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Steve

Hello, I work for a school district and we are getting three of the S5 printers. Can one PC control all three of the printers or will I need a PC for each 3d printer? Thanks! Steve
