Fixed this problem by removing the feeder. It seems like the filament was crushed by the wheel inside, and the feeder was clogged.

The filament won't come out of the feeder when I try to unload the filament. I can hear the whirling sound, but the filament doesn't move. Is there any way that I can manually remove the filament from the feeder?
