"Only network security is only half security and that equals no security." that is just a cheap excuse which could as well be phrased as "we dont even have the completly mandatory network security". the priority of network security comes only slightly below the priority to prevent fire hazzard caused by the machine. unacceptable/unuseable/the absolute standard.
