  1. Hi does the ultimaker filament have batch numbers, to excatly trace down the batch? Didn't find something on the package ... maybe on the NFC-Chip? (If yes, can it be read out by the customer? Its sometimes needed, if items for medical use are printed.) Thanks in advance Yvonne
  2. Hi all does enyone know if the printbed springs are the same for all these Ultimaker printers? I can order springs (DR2160) for UM2 / 3 but wonder if they fit in the S-line and 2+C. Thanks in advance - Yvonne Ultimaker 2 Ultimaker 2+ Ultimaker 2+ Extended Ultimaker 3 Ultimaker 3 Extended Ultimaker S3 Ultimaker S5 Ultimaker 2+ Connected
  3. Hi is there average printcore life time (in print hours - lets say only PLA is used). I know it will probably vary a lot, but a rough range would be helpful - rather 300 hours or 1000 or more?
  4. What is the maximum Temperature I can set in Cura for the build volume (s5 + AM)? Can I damage the printer setting it too hot?
  5. I have a problem with warping Ultimaker PP in a S5 with Air Manager. (Not warping on the bottom layer but after a coulpe of hours on the top layers). What is the suggested print chamber temperature for PP - In Cura, for PP it's set to 35°C but on the UM Material website it says 45°C (https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011957660-How-to-print-with-Ultimaker-PP) What would you recommend? Altering the UM profiles?
  6. The Ultimaker Material combination table on this side https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011543699-Ultimaker-S5-Material-compatibility says that only PLA, Tough PLA, ABS and CPE are officially supported in printing them with themselves (e.g. two colours). Why are the other materials (PC, PP, TPU 95, CPE+) set to experimental? If I print a large object, it should be the same like printing a material with itself ... the material has to stick on itself, even when it has already cooled down?
