Thanks for the help CarloK. That first image wasn't the full calibration print. I didn't want to let it finish as the print head tries to print too far back and starts to grind against the back of the printer. See below for the full print with both nozzles. As you can see it's very random compared to what should be printed. I did the switching test and all seems fine with that. It prints files perfectly fine, just doesn't want to print a normal XY offset.

I was wondering if anyone had come across an issue with the XY offset file becoming corrupt. Updating the firmware doesn't fix things, It'll always print this strange pattern. That's actually only half the pattern, I'll continue with the X rectangle at the top but tries to draw it too far back past the limit and starts grinding the gears a little. It always prints models fine, there's just no way for me to set the offset. Ultimaker 3 with firmware version 5.2.16.20200331 (most up-to-date at the time of writing)
