  1. I have figured it out. The problem started in Sketchup. I needed to delete a wall in between the vertical cylinder and the horizontal level in the design. Then when I sliced in cura, it came out correct. 😁 We can close this one. If anyone has any queries, I am happy to explain further.
  2. New to 3d printing and Cura. I was trying out designing something by myself. A cable organiser for my Cisco headphone. I designed in Sketchup and sliced in Cura 4.8.0. The STL opened alright and seemed to slice ok in Cura. I did not notice earlier that it actually added a whole addition fill in the centre of the cylinder when it sliced, until I was nearly finishing printing. How and why did Cura do that? And how do I prevent it? I tried disabling support but it did not remove the extra fill.
